President Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera has assented to Bill No. 18 of 2025: Construction Industry. The new law expands the mandate of the NCIC and upgrades it to a full regulatory authority. This follows an overwhelming endorsement of the Bill earlier on 8th April 2025 by the Malawi Parliament.
