NCIC takes automated registration system to the North
The National Construction Industry Council (NCIC) continues sensitizing its stakeholders on the automated registration system with the latest workshop held at Ilala Crest Lodge on Monday, the 11th of August 2025 for its northern region stakeholders.
Speaking on behalf of NCIC Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wiseman Chibwezo expressed his gratitude for the large turn up and informed stakeholders that the automated registration system is one of the initiatives that the Council is implementing in order to make its services accessible and, more importantly, to save them from the burden of having to travel from all the corners of the country just to submit registration, renewal or upgrading documents to the Council.
The workshop brought together owners of construction and consulting firms, material manufactures and suppliers and prospective applicants.
The stakeholders expressed their gratitude for the initiative saying that this indeed shows that the Council is stakeholder focused. ‘This is life made easy. I will no longer struggle to interact with the system and NCIC’, said Burton Binwell Msukwa owner of Bufama Building Contractors who travelled all the way from Chitipa for the workshop.
